Husky’s main lobby atrium staircase was custom built by Smart Space Mezzanines and Structures. This staircase is both elegant and functional. This is a switchback style staircase has an extra-large mid landing and top landing. The 7′ wide concrete pan treads allow multiple personnel to easily access the second floor. This staircase was built to IBC public access code. The finish work consisted of tempered safety glass and aluminum. The railing is completely filled in with glass, preventing anything from falling through. The grab railing is a continuous piece from top to bottom on both the interior and exterior sides.
